At Chrome Industries, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new bag or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and choose between a refund or an exchange to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label provided by Chrome.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box before affixing the shipping label.
Drop Off & Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
